Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thanks for shopping at Three Collection.

By default, we will be using J&T Express as our preferred courier partner.

We will usually take maximum 2 business days in order to pack and send your order to the courier. Currently, we only offer FREE SHIPPING to all orders within WEST MALAYSIA.

Please contact us if you would like the order to be delivered to East Malaysia or International destinations.

J&T Express will usually delivery your order within 1-2 working days.

Thus, it is safe to expect around 4 working days (maximum) in order to receive your order.

However, please note that there might be occasional situations where the delivery time to take parcel takes longer than the anticipated delivery time.
