Returns

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

We only accept returns and issue refunds in the following situations:

• We sent a different variation/item than what you ordered.

• The product has a defect.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

• Your item must be in its original packaging.

• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that your return has been received. After inspection, we will inform you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to the reasons mentioned above.
